• Sales & Sampling: Exhibitors may sell and sample products, subject to applicable food safety regulations.

All exhibitor displays, inventory, and equipment must fit within the allocated booth space.

Exhibitor Requirements

All exhibitors must:

• Offer products that meet applicable Canadian gluten-free labelling requirements.

• Obtain any required food handling permits or approvals from Alberta Health Services (AHS).

• Follow all venue and event policies.

• Remain fully set up and staffed throughout the entire event, including if products sell out before closing.

• Complete all required exhibitor applications and documentation before the event.
