Join us for Lokal’s first-ever casual gluten-free speed dating event during the Lokal Gluten-Free Fall Market at Marda Loop Community Hall.

This is meant to be fun, relaxed and low-pressure — no formal dating-event atmosphere, just an easy way to meet other singles who understand the gluten-free lifestyle.

This first session is for singles ages 30–45.

The Lokal Gluten-Free Fall Market runs from 10 AM–3 PM on October 10th, with speed dating beginning at 11 AM.

Please arrive a little early. When you enter the market, simply let the greeter at the door know you’re there for speed dating and they’ll direct you to the meeting area.

How it works

You’ll have approximately 4 minutes with each person, then rotate to your next mini date.

Depending on registration numbers, you may meet up to 10 potential matches.

This session is intended for people who are celiac, gluten intolerant, or otherwise live a gluten-free lifestyle.

A few important details

This is Lokal’s first trial speed dating event, so we’re keeping the format simple and seeing how the community responds.

We’ll do our best to balance the number of men and women participating, but equal numbers cannot be guaranteed. Depending on registration, you may have fewer than 10 dates or have a short break during one or more rotations.

If fewer than 5 total participants register, the speed dating session will be cancelled and ticket holders will receive a refund.

The Lokal Gluten-Free Fall Market is free to attend. Your speed dating ticket is specifically for participation in the 11 AM session.

If this first event goes well, we’d love to introduce additional age groups, more session times and other dating categories at future Lokal markets.
