Event Overview:
Vendor Connect: Marketplace Expo is an exciting event designed to bring market organizers and vendors together for networking, discovering new market opportunities, and building meaningful business connections. Market organizers will have the opportunity to exhibit their upcoming events, while vendors can explore new places to sell their products, exchange contact information, and potentially secure new market spaces. This event is a cost-effective, collaborative space for both vendors and market organizers to grow their businesses.

Event Goals:
- Facilitate Networking: Provide a platform for market organizers and vendors to meet in person, explore business opportunities, and collaborate.
- Support Vendor Discovery: Allow vendors to explore a range of market spaces and apply to sell at upcoming events.
- Cost Sharing: The event entry fee ensures a low-cost, affordable option for both organizers and vendors to participate.
- Encourage Community Growth: Strengthen the local market ecosystem by connecting small businesses and market organizers in a collaborative environment.

Market Organizers:
- Booth with 6-ft Table (7' x 7' space): $80

Booth with 8-ft Table (8' x 7' space): $100
(Tables come with one chair and space for a display. Organizers are responsible for booth setup and breakdown.)
Vendors/Attendees:

Entry Fee: Free for visitors with Eventbrite registration
(This fee helps cover the event costs and will be transferred to our next event, which we hope will be held at a larger venue. Our goal is to create a staple event for the community where new and exciting opportunities are discovered, and participants can interact face-to-face with one another.)

- Booth with 8-ft Table: 8' x 7' space
- Setup Time: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM (before the event opens).
- Event Time: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
- Booth Amenities: Each booth includes one table, one chair, and space for promotional materials.
What to Bring:

Market Organizers:
Market organizers are encouraged to bring flyers for their events and registration forms/links for vendors to sign up for future market opportunities. -
Vendors:
Vendors are encouraged to bring portfolios of their offerings, samples, and/or other materials that will showcase their products to market organizers. Vendors are not allowed to set up a booth at this event; instead, they can walk the event, meet market organizers, and explore potential opportunities.
How to Register:
- For Market Organizers: Register online through our website to secure your booth space. Limited spaces are available, so reserve your spot early!
- For Vendors and Visitors: Entry is free for visitors with Eventbrite registration. Vendors can also pre-register online or pay at the door for entry. The entry fee also serves as the booth fee for vendor participation.
